New Testament Leadership Certificate

This course is designed for the pastor or businessperson who wishes to enhance their leadership skills in light of God’s principles. It will give you the tools to reach your goals, build a strong church, reach your community and build an effective leadership team.

Why is this is important? Studies reveal that great preachers don’t build great churches. Great leaders build great churches! As few as 12% of pastors feel they have good leadership skills. They woefully wish that churches could be built from the pulpit, but they are not!

This year thousands of churches will close their doors. Tens of thousands more will succumb to a lost vision. That’s right, most churches in America realize they are not doing what they set out to do. And even more distressing, they realize they never will.
